Most respectfully, I beg to state that my mother has fallen ill suddenly. She is suffering from high fever. My father is our of Monghyr. He has gone to Delhi on official duty. There is on male member to look after my ailing mother. My presence at home is necessary for consulting the doctors and bringing medicines.
I therefore, request you to grant me leave for a week from April 2 to April 9, 2017.
