Dear Ma’am,
I am a student of 12th (Finance and Accounting) at your reputed college. I am writing this letter to inform you that I am moving along with my family to Hyderabad as my father has been promoted and transferred to the Head Office in Hyderabad.
We are planning to shift by the first week of November, so I request you to kindly understand the urgency of the situation and provide me with a College Leaving Certificate. I would be highly obliged if you could issue it as soon as possible since it would not be possible for me to travel up and down owing to the increasing number of COVID cases.
